GT Bike Size Chart vs Height & Models By Year

GT Bikes Size Chart By Height

To determine the exact frame size as per your body structure and riding preferences, GT advises its customers to visit its local store or retailer and take the test ride. But, to make the sizing process easier and faster, you need to do some homework. The first step is to go through the geometry chart of the GT bicycle type and model you intend to buy. Unfortunately, the official GT bike size charts don’t provide the rider’s height according to the frame size.

This is the reason why I have made this post. GT offers massive collection of bicycles in different categories for riders of all levels and heights, ranging from BMX, MTB, to dirt bikes. The brand has so far produced more than 110 bike models at different price tags. Many of the models or series are old as a decade, upgrading every year with new components and naming, such as Carbon, Elite, Expert, PRO, Sport, Signature, etc.

Below is the GT bicycle sizing guide along with the GT bike models by year.

Note: Use the charts as a starting point. They are just a general guideline and give you an estimated frame size as per your height. Consider getting a professional bike fit at GT store. If you fit in between two sizes, the brand recommends sizing down.

Closing thought

Founded by Gary Turner in 1972, GT Bicycles have been producing one of the finest bikes in the world. Their products are strong, durable, and trusted by athletes and professionals like Wyn Masters, Phil Metz, Brage Vestavik, Marting Maes, etc. I think they are on a par with other big players like GIANT and Cannondale.
